Golden Door has a tradition of incorporating Vintner’s weeks into our programming multiple times a year. When one of our closest wine partners approached us about collaborating on a bespoke Golden Door wine, Chef Greg Frey Jr jumped at the chance. Robbie Meyer, of Peirson Meyer vineyards, is a truly an amazing winemaker whose practices and commitment to excellence mirror Golden Door’s values. Meyer is hands on with every aspect of the winemaking process from the vineyard to the winery. These exclusive wines, a first for Golden Door, are just as enjoyable by themselves as they are with food.
Both wines are sourced 100% from the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County, California.
