Our organic, bio-intensive garden may cover just three acres but it has immeasurable benefits to the earth. Using techniques borrowed from the ancient Chinese, Greeks and Mayans, we achieve maximum yields from a minimum area of land. This method promotes long-term sustainability, requires less water, less fertilizer and less energy while producing tastier, more nutritious crops.
